A panel of wedding pros gave advice, tips and how-to’s at ‘A Chic Affair’ to prepare Washington’s brides-to-be for their special day. The experts included Project Runway winner & bridal designer Christian Siriano, TV personality and style guru Paul Wharton, the Dandelion Patch’s Heidi Kallett, and award-winning event designer Jaime Greenwald. Brides brought along husbands, mothers and friends to The Historical Society of Washington DC to mingle with top wedding vendors of the area – featuring jewelry, stationary, honeymoon planning, cakes & confections, and more. Guests were also treated to complementary tastings, a catering demo by Chef Jacques Haeriner, and a high-fashion briday runway show. A Chic Affair was produced by RGI Events. By Rachel DeMita
